Who we are

This website is operated by FiMa Consulting Group Ltd, registered in England & Wales.

What this site is, and is not

The content here describes how FiMa works and what it can be engaged to do. It is general information about our approach.

It is not advice on your specific situation, and nothing on this site creates an adviser relationship. No engagement exists until it is scoped and agreed in writing.

FiMa does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, statutory reporting, audit, regulated financial advice or investment advice. Nothing on this site should be read as any of those, and nothing here is a financial promotion or an invitation to invest.

The method is published, not licensed

The FiMa Method is published in full and free so that it can be read and judged before anyone buys anything. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and apply the thinking in your own business.

The text, structure and design of this site remain the property of FiMa Consulting Group Ltd. The FiMa logo and name may not be reproduced without permission.

Ventures

Where this site names a company FiMa has invested in, it is describing an investment relationship. It is not a client reference, a case study, or a statement about that company’s performance.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate and correct anything that becomes untrue. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption.

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on advice given under an engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Cookies

Nothing but strictly necessary storage is running right now. We would like to use analytics to see which pages get read, and marketing tags to measure whether the right audiences arrive. Both are off until you choose.
